Who I am

Sims Altitude Coaching is an executive coaching practice run by Carolyn Sims. This page explains what information this site collects and how long it is kept.

The intake form

When you complete the “Is This a Fit?” form, the answers you provide — including your name, email address, role, and what you wrote about your situation — are stored securely and read by me. I use them only to decide whether coaching is a good fit and to follow up with you. They are not sold or shared with third parties.

The AI chat assistant

The chat bubble on this site is handled by an AI assistant provided by ElevenLabs. The text of chat messages is kept for 90 days and then deleted. Voice is not recorded.

The assistant can make mistakes, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with me. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete your form submission or chat history at any time, and I will do so. Reach out through LinkedIn or reply to any email I send you.
